Ladoomail is the UK’s first mithai gifting house delivering handcrafted South Asian sweets —including ladoo and peda— to any address across the UK.
We specialise in luxury gift boxes, celebration favours for weddings and events, ceremonial gift baskets, and corporate gifting for cultural occasions including Diwali, Vaisakhi, and Eid. Every piece of mithai is made by hand from traditional recipes and presented as beautiful gifts.

Our Mithai
Mithai is the collective name for traditional South Asian sweets and confections that have been central to celebration, gifting, and ceremony for centuries. Our mithai is made by hand from traditional recipes.
Our range includes Boondi Ladoo, Motichoor Ladoo, Rose Coconut Ladoo, Khoya Peda, Kesar Peda, and Mathura Peda. Each is available individually or as a curated selection. Full descriptions of every variety are available on the Our Mithai page.
Our Boondi Ladoo and Motichoor Ladoo are suitable for vegans, and our Peda varieties are gluten free. For full ingredients and allergen information please refer to the Ingredients & Allergens page.
Every box is made to order — we do not hold stock. Your mithai is made by hand specifically for your order and dispatched immediately so that it arrives in the best possible condition.
Ladoo and peda keep well at room temperature for 7 days from when you receive them, and up to 14 days if refrigerated. We recommend consuming within 5 days for the best flavour and texture.
Placing An Order
You can place orders of all sizes directly through our website. For bespoke orders, mithai displays, and large corporate orders with account management please contact us through the contact form or at enquiries@ladoomail.com and we will handle everything from there.
There is no minimum order quantity for gift boxes. Celebration favours are sold in packs of 25 pieces. Price reductions apply above certain quantities — these discounts can be seen on the respective product pages.
We offer named day delivery as standard, meaning you can place your order many months or weeks in advance for delivery on a specific date. For regular orders we recommend confirming at least one week in advance. For weddings and events we recommend a minimum of one months notice. For bespoke orders with custom printing, allow at least two weeks from design approval.
Yes, we deliver to any number of UK addresses in a single order. Simply select “Multi-address” on the product page and provide recipient names and addresses at checkout.
Some delivery dates will not be available for selection if there are no delivery services operating on that day e.g. Christmas Day. We recommending choosing an earlier available date to ensure you or your recipients receive the mithai in a timely fashion.
Yes, a complimentary gift card personalised with a message of your choice is included in every gift box — you provide the message when you place your order. We also have a range of premium gift cards to choose from.
Every enquiry is responded to personally, typically within one working day. For wedding, event, and corporate enquiries, we will come back to you to outline any options and refine your requirements before providing a proposal with confirmed pricing.
Delivery
Delivery is complimentary across the UK on every order, to one address or many.
Every Ladoomail gift box order travels in our signature padded airmail envelope which protects the box during transit. Inside, each piece of mithai sits in a cushioned tray within our rigid boxes. The box and packaging are designed to ensure the mithai arrives in the same condition it left us.
Standard delivery is tracked and typically arrives within 2 or 3 working days of dispatch. When selecting your delivery date, we recommend adding a day of contingency to ensure your mithai arrives in time for your occasion.
Yes, you can specify a delivery date on all Ladoomail orders. If your required delivery date is not available, please contact to explore the options.
Contact us at enquiries@ladoomail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We take the condition of every delivery seriously — if something has not arrived as it should, we want to know immediately.
Weddings
Yes, we supply weddings from 50 guests to 1,000+ without compromise in quality — the same handmade mithai and luxury presentation.
We offer celebration favours for place settings, beautiful gift boxes to hand out at the reception, lavish gift baskets for ceremonies, and displays for statement centrepieces. See our Weddings page for full details.
Yes, we deliver to any UK address — your venue, your home, or anywhere else. Specify the delivery address when placing your order.
Yes, we offer a range of display options and can work with your decor company to create bespoke tablescapes and centrepieces which match your events aesthetic. Contact us at enquiries@ladoomail.com to discuss your requirements.
We recommend beginning your wedding gifting conversation at least 3 months before your big day. For mithai displays, large orders, and bespoke orders with custom printing, the earlier the better. If you are within 2 months of your wedding date, get in touch immediately and we can advise on what is possible within the timeframe.
Yes, we encourage it. It is important to experience the quality and presentation before you place your large order. The cost of samples are discounted from your wedding order.
Corporate
We provide handmade mithai gift boxes and celebration favours for corporate occasions including Diwali, Vaisakhi, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Christmas, employee recognition, client and partner gifting, events, and product launches. Custom branding is available on all corporate orders.
Yes, for gift boxes we offer custom printed gift cards and inserts, and sleeves that wrap around each box. For favours we offer custom printed swing tags and ribbons. Branding set up is from £225 and minimum order quantities apply — contact us to discuss your requirements.
Yes, every corporate order is managed personally by one point of contact from first brief to final delivery for efficient dispatch.
Yes, we can deliver to any number of UK addresses. Simply provide us your location requirements and we will manage dispatch end-to-end.
We require a 50% deposit on confirmation of a corporate order. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before dispatch.
For bespoke orders with custom branding we recommend starting the gifting conversation at least 2 months prior and approving design proofs 4 weeks before dispatch. For our busiest corporate occasion, Diwali, we recommend getting in touch in July to ensure production availability. For orders without customisation, 2 weeks is sufficient.
Yes, it is important to experience the quality and presentation before you place your corporate order. Let us know which mithai you are interested in and we will organise a complimentary sample.
Bespoke
For gift boxes we offer custom mithai selections, custom printed gift cards, custom printed sleeves, and custom ribbon. For celebration favours, we offer custom printed swing tags and custom ribbon. For gift baskets, we offer custom floral decoration. Full details are on our Bespoke page.
It depends on the option but yes there is usually a minimum order quantity for bespoke orders. Get in touch with your specific request for more information and a quote.
Allow a minimum of 2 weeks from design approval for custom printed cards, sleeves, and swing tags. For other bespoke options please get in touch with your request for more information. We recommend allowing plenty of time in your planning to allow for design review and approval before production begins.
Once you make your enquiry, we will share any relevant design templates and guidelines with you, and you will be responsible for providing the final design file. Alternatively, you can engage our design services, and a member of our design team will handle the process and produce the design files. Contact us for more information.
